In recent times there have been a number of changes to industrial relations laws by the current federal government. But get ready because there are more on the way and these upcoming changes will mean that compliance with statutory wage and entitlements obligations will become more important than ever. Graham Lilleyman will explain what has already happened and what is coming soon in this important area.
Updated: In addition to these changes, the FWC has announced the highest increase in the Annual Wage Decision for more than 30 years. The structure of this increase will significantly impact the minimum rates of pay for many employers in the car wash industry.
