ACWA Car Wash Industry Awards: Nominations Now Open!
Nominations are now open for the ACWA Car Wash Industry Awards! These awards recognise and celebrate the exceptional contributions of car wash professionals.
This year, there are three award categories:
- ACWA Car Wash Employee of the Year
This award is a tribute to the outstanding efforts of car wash site employees, including driveway attendants, technicians, and customer service staff. It shines a spotlight on their commitment to delivering excellent customer service, contributing to team success, achieving sales targets, and demonstrating unwavering dedication to their roles.
- ACWA Car Wash Manager of the Year
This award honours car wash site managers who play a crucial role in ensuring the success of their sites. It acknowledges their leadership, business management skills, site management, ability to handle issues and tasks effectively, and commitment to workplace safety.
- ACWA Car Wash Supplier Employee of the Year
This new award category recognises the contributions of employees working for suppliers to the car wash industry. It celebrates those who deliver exceptional customer service, demonstrate teamwork and leadership, excel in sales and service, and are highly committed to their role and organisation.
How to Nominate
The nomination process is straightforward and can be completed online
- Nominators simply complete the online form and describe how the nominee has contributed, addressing at least one of the criteria for each award.
- Only ACWA members are eligible to nominate an industry employee.
- The ACWA Board will assess all nominations, and the winners will be announced at the prestigious Car Wash Show Australia.
